To build on or change the use of land or buildings, UK law requires you to obtain planning permission. John Williams will assess your location and individual Edwardian Conservatory design against current planning policies and guidelines to establish if planning, listed building or conservation consent is required.

Where approval is required, full plans will be prepared and submitted to your local authority by John Williams and we will handle the planning consent process on your behalf.

Depending on your circumstances, you may also require Building Regulations, Building Warrant (Scotland), Water Authority, Estate or Party Wall approvals.

In the unlikely event that you require any of these further approvals, John Williams will expertly handle all the matter on your behalf, so your project proceeds as smoothly as possible.
