How do I know my roofline needs attention?
Look for signs of decay, fungal growth, corners split and unstable, pointing that is not fully supported. If you have to paint every two or three years, it’s a sign your roofline protection is failing. This maintenance will only become more demanding, and more costly, unless you do something about it.
What age of house is most likely to be affected?
Any age of house can be affected. More commonly any house older than the mid 1980s, before a key change in Building Regulations required additional ventilation in the roof soffit, can suffer fungal growth in the roof. This can lead to damage and compromise waterproofing.
Do you install roofline products?
Yes. John Williams is a complete roofline solutions provider, so we use our own in-house team for all installations. This makes it quicker and easier for you to solve your roofline issues.
Do you remove all rubbish?
Using our in-house installation team means that John Williams takes as much pride in installing rooflines products as we do manufacturing them. This extends to the safe removal and responsible disposal of your old materials. Where possible, these materials will be sent for recycling.
How long does it take?

No. We only use top quality roofline products with unique UV resistant additives to maintain the colourfastness for many years.
